ABR11: peer disconnected
Since upgrade to ABR11 I get very ofter the folloging error:
Fehler: Ein zu Grunde liegender Layer wurde vom Peer abgeschaltet.
After reboot of the agent machine it works for a while then again this permanent error.
The same machine was used with ABR10 and never got this issue.
THX for any ideas to follow (I did a forum search but was not able to find any suitable solution yet)

Guten Morgen Endurance,
mein Abteilungskollege hat während meines Urlaubs von Version 10 auf Version 11 upgedatet. Leider funktionieren nun nicht mehr alle Backups meiner Server. Welches Betreibssystem hast Du denn auf der betroffenen Maschine? Bei mir funktionieren die Backups unter Version 11 auf allen Maschinen die nicht Windows Server 2008 sind weiterhin ohne Probleme. Bei zwei Servern mit Win Srv 2008 habe ich die identischen Probleme wie Du. Handelt es sich um Windows 2008 Server???

The affected machines are Windows 7 64bit ones. Since I have "only" a bunch of Workstation lics I cannot test backups on Servers itself.
I have the same problem with Windows Server 2008. It had B&R10 installed before and it worked fine but now i cannot get a backup to complete.
I have removed the software, rebooted, restarted services and still nothing.
Any ideas anyone?
I am using version 11 build 11.0.17217 for Server 2008
Problem still exists - after a while the agent stops working and I get only the above error. If I restart the Acronis Management Agent on the client it works again for a while -> Acronis issue!

Would be nice to know of any positive outcome for this error as it is wide spread and constant with 11
Now after 10 days somebody started working on the case (prio critical)
Short community update: only "solution" I got was remove and reconnect client - which did not help (as expected) :(
As a workaround restarting Acronis components (agent, storageserver..) helps for a while.
Since update to new version it works
for a few days :( now I see again this issue - will try to create a Wireshark
