Abronis Boot Disk does not work

I created a Boot Disk from my Acronis software and the CD does not boot. It starts Acronis Boot Manager but I could not move my mouse to make a selection. I have tried creating a Boot Disk from my license website and still does not work. I am really getting frustrated with a $869.00 software I cannot use.

This behavior is abnormal, and we would like to investigate the situation. Unfortunately there are no support cases opened that are tied to your account, so I assume you've used another e-mail account. Could you please let us know the case # you've opened, so that we could review the situation?

If you haven't opened one yet, could you please gather Acronis Linux Report from the problem machine, and send it to tech.department directly or to any Forum moderator via PM?
