ABRS10 build 11639 on RHEL 4.7. . .install seems correct but Management Console opens and closes
ABRS10 build 11639 seemed to complete successfully (success message after install and snapapi install).
Desktop launch modified to "/usr/sbin/acronis_console -noxrender"
Management Console briefly comes up (after ignoring the no xrender speed warning) and immediately closes.
result of "# uname -r" is 2.6.9-78.0.17.0.1.ELsmp
result of "# lsmod | grep snapapi" is null.
results of "# cat /proc/version" and "# gcc --version" are the same.
What else should I try?

Thank you for finding time to open the thread and report about the issue.
Unfortunately due to the lack of information it is hard to identify the exact cause of the problem. Could you please kindly do the following?
- Obtain Linux System Report
- Please go to the console and issue the following command:
# strace -o /root/product.txt -ttt -s 1024 -fF acronis_console -noxrender
After that please kindly contact support directly, with System Report and Product.txt (/root/product.tx) attached. Should there be any delay with the reply - let us know, we will be glad to speed up the process.

I did not begin with a support request because I have almost NEVER had a timely, complete resolution to any question via that process. The only time I have had success is in these forums. Typically it has to do with not knowing the perfect search terms for looking in the KB to find a useful document on my own. Usually someone interprets my meaning and points me through their reply to the useful KB document.
I will be interested in seeing how long it will takes to get a useful reply and resolution to the regular ticket I opened this morning, complete with the diagnostic files you requested.

I appreciate your patience in this matter. Since it is unknown at the moment, why this issue occurs, we wanted some diagnostic information from your machine, so that our Linux expert has all the data to be able to resolve this. I found the case that you submitted, but I am afraid you did not send the 2nd log that Yana mentioned in her post - Product.txt. We need the second log to resolve this issue.
