Acronics Backup & Recovery 10 email password will not stay set

Hello all,
I am currently using Acronics Backup & Recovery 10, on a Windows-7, SP1 PC. My backups are running just fine. The issue I'm experiencing is I cannot get my emailed message that the backup has completed successfully, or failed. I can input the email password and send a test successfully, then (apparently) save it (2 times).
However when I close, then reopen the software, the email password does not say.
Any ideals on why this is occuring?
