Acronis 10 Boot CD Not working in a VM

I am using the Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 boot cd.
I need to restore an image made with the same CD to a VMware VM running in vCenter 4.1.

When I attempt to boot the CD in the Windows 2003 Server VM, it does not boot.
On the screen I see ..
ISOLINUX 3.61 2008-02-03 Copyright ©
And the software will not boot.

Any ideas on how to get the software to boot or how I can get the image restored to the VM
