Acronis 11: Disck Volumes do not show

When performing a backup, Under Data to backup, the Disks or volumes do not show. the drive letters only show when selecting files. what happens when I need to a restore of some data but need a full backup?

Maybe Agent for Windows is not installed (only Agent Core is installed). maybe it installed corrupted or incompletely and need to be repaired.
