Acronis archive corrupted

Hello everyone! I have made complete backup of one laptop with VERY-VERY important information.... I tried to restore it on vmware, buy on 47% restore have got errors and stops... So after y tried to convert directly to vmware image with acronis true image server (?) 9.7 and its say that archive is corrupted!!!! Why? What i can to do??? Its possible to restore image or files?????

The only thing that I would suggest is you could try to mount the volume and try to copy off as many files as you can get.

And maybe open a support case - but that's for "completeness" only.
