Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation Universal Restore Option, shouldn't this show up when creating a boot cd as a option? or is it just availible when you use the cd?

I extracted the Universal restore msi file, installed it I have lisence for it, but I don't see as option when I go to create cd.
