Acronis Backup / Recovery 10 - Error Running Monthly Backup / Low Disk Space Error

Thread needs solution

Hello!

Acronis Backup and Recovery 10
Windows SBS2k3 sp2

We had an issue where the external drive to which we were backing up ran out of space. The monthly backup failed. We've since manually cleared enough space on the drive, yet the backups are still failing.

Below are the two errors we get shortly after manually starting the job. Advice would be greatly appreciated. We are an Acronis partner however our support subscriptions appear to have lapsed...

And apologies if this has been addressed in another topic :-)

Thank you!

Does not look like a disk space problem at all.
Most probably you will be able to solve this with http://kb.acronis.com/content/10440
But to tell you the truth, your time may be invested better into migrating to SBS 2008/2011 - these OSes are more mature and don't need any changes on registry level to produce stable snapshots, while databases are started.

btw: I think if you as a reseller have the problem on your own server and submit the request through http://partners.acronis.com support should be able to assist.
