First of all, please make sure you are installing the software on a supported operating system. Please check this article for the list of supported operating systems by Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Advanced Workstation. Also, please make sure that you have downloaded the installation package from your Acronis web-account.

I have downloaded the installation package from my Acronis web-account.
would you please follow-up with a PM with a new serial number and a new download link to make sure that everything is working out for me (windows 7 x86 32bits with kaspersky antivirus 2010 build 763)

Please make sure you are installing the program on a supported operating system and that you have not used a trial version on this machine before.
Please provide the following information, so that we can understand the issue in more detail and provide you with a solution.
1. Screenshots of the installation wizard.
2. Please collect an AcronisInfo report and send a Private Message with it to one of our forum moderators.
3. The exact name of the installation package.
