Acronis Backup&Recovery Adv.WS 10 build 13762 and Dell Optiplex 390

Thread needs solution

Hi,
my company is using Acronis Backup&Recovery Advanced Workstation 10 (the latest build 13762) and we have a problem regarding Dell Optiplex 390. The network setting is almost unavailable. We have tried with the Server version of boot media. No problem with network, but Acronis Srv does not see the disk. Finally, I have tried with my private version of Acronis True Image Home 2012. The disk is visible. So, it is obvious that something is wrong with version 10 (maybe, too old?).
What can we do to solve our problem? Do the upgrade to the version 11? Will it work? Or something else?
Regards,
Mladen

If you have problems with standard Linux native Acronis boot media you have to ways:

First, which I personally recommend is creating WinPE media. Below instructions. I recommend using WinPE 3.x and AIK on Windows 7.

Other way is contact with support and asking for standard boot media for this machine. They may request sysinfo from this machine which you can genereate after boot from standard Acronis boot media and using Help menu.
