Acronis Download site blocking update file.

I have Acronis 11 build 11.0.17318. I have not had any problems, so I wasn't looking for updates. My Boot CD will not recognize my eSATA HDD. The first troubleshooting step was to retrieve the latest build. This does not work. I click on the download, all I get is a "type email address for a 30 day trial of some new product" i close the window but do not get the opportunity to download Acronis 11 update. Very aggravating. I have searched for the no HDD recognized upon booting from CD, but have not found my problem. When I run the software from within the Win 7 operating system I have no trouble. When I boot from the CD to restore the HDD. It is not visible. eSATA is not recognized.
