i installed acronis exchange recovery at exchange 2007 x64 bit using windows 2003 x64 bit OS. i have 2 storage groups at that server on different drives.
when i try to create backup it cant show any storage group in the information store tab for backup.i have attached image.

Have identical situation on Windows 2008 Enterprise x64 OS and Exchange 2007 x64 SP2. 2 Storage groups. No circular logging.

Acronis Exchange Recovery version 1.0.0.220. (Trial - downloaded tonight) Right before showing Information Store tab with zero storage groups - exception is logged in Application Log:

Faulting application msexchange_powershell_impersonator.exe, version 1.0.0.4, time stamp 0x4938003d, faulting module USER32.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e03824, exception code 0xc0000142, fault offset 0x0006f04e, process id 0xcbc, application start time 0x01ca5d11b84186ed

Connecting to agent from the same machine. Is there a newer version of AER?
