Acronis fails to instal software on remote machines

The problem is that I got a trial run of acronis but whenever I try to install on to my pc from server it fails to connect. Give out an error which says that i enterterd wrong login and password details but im sure that I havent, any advice?

You may contact support with it. They'll have you to update to the lastest build (17318 is not) , verify that you followed corresponding part of userguide and article http://kb.acronis.com/content/21545 .and if the problem description matches any problems described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/8849
