acronis linux agent config

Hallo,
I've installed acronis linux agent (tiral) on a centos 5.4, then reading this document: kb.acronis.com/content/2966

started the agent and mms.
But when i do the step #5

"Check that the /tmp directory shows that it is mounted without the noexec option:
mount | grep tmp"
I've got this result:
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)

I'm quite new to linux but it seem to me the tmp directory is not mounted.

When i try to connect from the management console (windows) i get this reply:

My questions are:

1. I tryed to connect with root credentials, is it right?
2. in my filesystem exists a /tmp directory but is not a mouted device, is it right?
3. wich ports does acronis linux agent use to accept connection from console?
