AMS, Activties in progress issue

Thread needs solution

On the the AMS server, I see severall task in progress. But the tasks are finished on the clients. If I try to stop the task, nothing append. How to delete the task on the server or to re-synchonize the database of the AMS server with the real task in progress.

To force a re-syncronise you can connect to your Acronis Management Server, Expand “Machines with agents”, select “All machines with agents”... Right click on the machine you want to update and select “Synchronize” this will force an update from that agent.

If you find you still have running tasks I would suggest checking you have the latest build of ABR11 installed which should be build: 17318

If you are already running this latest build ensure IF after the update the system required a reboot please ensure this step was done else try rebooting the agent machine as well as your Management server.
