Backup plans no longer there after reinstallation of ABR 10

Hi,

The problem: I have uninstalled/reinstalled Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 for Workstation, and I can not find my old Backup Plans anymore.

Environment: Windows XP Pro SP3

Additional info: When removing the product, the setup program shows a check box with the following description: "Remove the product's logs, tasks, vaults and configuration settings". I left this checkbox blank. Hence I was expecting to see all my old settings after having reinstalled the product.

Is this a bug? Or is there anything special I missed during removal/reinstalltion? Is there a way to "import" the old Backup Plans from my latest backup (my backup includes \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\*).

And restoring Backup Plans from a backup does not work: they won't show up on the Acronis Console !

Hi,

I've experiencend the same problem with ATI 2011. Both "nonstop" and "Documents and Files" whren't there.

Is there something like "reactivate" for existing backup plans after reinstallation ?
