Blue screen when backup with Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation with universal restore

Hello,

When i make a backup with Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation with universal restore i have a blue screen on a few computer.

The computers are installed with Windows XP.

But with new computers with Windows 7 and a few computers on Windows XP i don't have this problem. This problem arrives always in 20% in the progress bar.

Somebody have an idea?

The same issue with multiple WindowsXP Sp3 computers.
Updating some device drivers fixes the problem for a while, but BOD comes back after several month.

I would recommend to do a quick check, if you have a SoundMAX audio device in Windows device manager.

If http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html does not show senfllt.sys (SoundMAX) or snapman.sys (Acronis),
you should check the result after uninstalling the other 3rd party driver before contacting Acronis support direcly.
