B&R Version 11 Not seeing network shares on one server

Thread needs solution

Last week, our NAS drive's "server" service stopped abruptly after it was restarted all shares came back up and all workstations can see them but Acronis no longer sees the shares from the NAS server at all. I restarted all of the Acronis services on the server which didn't solve the problem. I;ve gone through the knowledge base to change the services passwords (Recently switched all credentials on the services and switched over backup administrator. In the "Vaults" menu, it says that all of the network connections are invalid and can't connect, but when you click on the "Explore" button it brings up the share perfectly.
