Can't find the vault

Why do some of the pcs that have backup plans fail because it can't access the vault? While other computers have no problem??
The only way I found to fix it is to remove form the AMS and then readd but there has to be a reason why this is happening and I shouldn't have to keep doing this.
Using acronis backup and recovery 11 advanced workstation
