Can't run scheduled backup Backup & Recovery 10 Workstation

Thread needs solution

I can't seem to run a scheduled backup task or run it manually. I have build 13544. I get the error under both scheduled and manual attempts:

Failed to run the task: unexpected conditions.
Additional info:
Error code: 110
Module 9
...
Message: Failed to run the task: unexpected conditions.

Error code 65520
Module: 0
...
Message: Logon failure: User account restriction.

According ot Acronis Managed Machine Services I am logged on as .\Acronis Agent User 2

The plan has run weekly as scheduled for 2 weeks then failed to run this last time. As I said I can't even run it manually.

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it's hard to identify the exact cause of the problem, but before we proceed with the investigation, I would like to offer you a workaround: 

  1. Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
  2. Reboot the machine
  3. Should the issue remain, download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
    task zap
  4. Recreate the tasks

Should the problem remain, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.
