Creating backup trough Acronis - PXE and Rescue media is medium slow

Hello,

We installed a new server and installed Acronis B&R10 Advanced server.
I have configured Acronis PXE server with the Rescue media, but when i try to make a backup to the new server from a pxe booted client it is fairly slow(20Mb/s), with our old server it was much faster (35Mb/s).

I dont know for sure if this issue has anything to do with Acronis but maybe someone has an idea about this issue.

There are no known issues regarding transfer speeds when using the Acronis PXE server in Acronis Backup and Recovery 10.

Due to each system's specific hardware and software configuration it is sometimes very difficult to say why the network transfer speed drops. If you like to troubleshoot this issue further, I would recommend submitting a support request, so that our experienced support engineers will be able to get to the bottom of this.

When submitting a support request, please include the following log files - AcronisInfo and Pcap logs.

I have seen on the website of Acronis that there is an update available for Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 advanced server,
is this update a possible solution for our speed problem? or was this issue not that active at time of creating the new build.

Thank you very much for replying.

The latest build of our software is 11345, it came out in December 2009. We are very close to releasing Update 2, you can always check the latest builds available at this link.

Since our software is constantly improved and optimized, it may very well work in a more streamlined fashion.

I have seen there is a new release for advanced server 10, but for some reason i cant register my current product.
It says serial is allready in use? i really want to download the update for my product.
