 Hello,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.
To find the exact reason of the encountered issue could you please provide us with the below diagnostic files?
1) If you use Windows XP:

- Download and unpack the Device Tree application.

- Run the application;
- Completely unfold the \Driver\Disk and \Driver\FtDisk branches (please see the attached file);
- Move the margin to the right in order to see all the items;
- Make a screen shot and attach to your next post.
Please note that the application may crash the system when you exit, so we recommend you to save all your work and close other programs prior to running it.
If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.
- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.

If you use Windows Vista:

- Download and unpack the Device Tree application.
- Run the application from "i386" folder (run the 64-bit version of Device tree from "x64" folder if you have Windows Vista 64-bit);
- Completely unfold (click on all plus signs) the \Driver\partmgr and \Driver\volmgr branches;
- Move the margin to the right in order to see all the items;
- Make a screen shot and attach to your next post.

2) If you use Windows XP:

- Press the Start button, choose Run, type drwtsn32 and hit Enter;- In the dialog that appears check the Log File Path and Crash Dump paths;

- Set the Crash Dump Type to Full.
-  Make sure the Dump Symbol Table option is checked, then click the OK button;
- Reproduce the problem;
- drwtsn32.log and user.dmp files will be created in the directories specified in Log File Path and Crash Dump.
If you use Windows Vista:
- Reproduce the problem (application crash);
- Do not close the "Application has stopped working" window;
- Run Task Manager (press Ctrl-Shift-Esc);
- Go to "Processes" tab and right-click on the crashed process;
- Select the "Create Dump File" item;
- Pick the .DMP file created;
- Open Start->Run, type %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive string and hit Enter;
- After that you will see a folder (or a few folders), the name of which starts with "Report"
- Collect the Report.wer file from the last created folder.
Attach the dump files to your next post.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience. If the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question do not hesitate to post them and we will be glad to answer.
