Email notification [with log] fails to send last lines

Thread needs solution

We downloaded a trial for ABR10 today  (9/17/2009), and the issue we have is that the email is missing the last few lines of the log - - where it actually says backup successful.   Everything else is great.   

Is this a known issue?

Is their a fix?

I had a similar issue with another piece of software a while ago, but that turned out that the program was sending the email before the log was complete.   It was an order of operations issue.

It worked fine in AcronisTrueImage 9 which this will replace.

This is holding up approval of the purchase of the full license.

I am experiencing the same problem, i am a Consultant and Tech and several of my clients have purchased Acronis B&R on my recommendation, needless to say the BSOD issue was embarrissing, now fortuneately fixed but this one is just plain annoying to me as i can't tell if the backup really completed successfully or not... here is what i get backing up to a NAS

Unfortunately, there is no way to have a full log received as an E-mail notification. The subject of the E-mail shows the operation result. We are aware of the problem, our developers are working to create a fix.

Having a full log in E-mail notifications will be implemented in a future build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.
