Error 06442537 on Windows 2008 Server Std SP2

Thank you for the information provided. I've checked it and found the following error: 

1: MSIGEN:ReminstInstall: Attributes of source directory is invalid (0xFFFFFFFF). Error code: 0x5

This message indicates connection to the installation file interruption.

In order to resolve the installation issue please extract the components you're installing onto the local drive and try again.

Should the issue persist, please gather the following information: 

1. MSI log
2. Windows System Information

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

Thanks for your answer. I have installed the software from local drive instead of network drive using UNC path, it works now.

BTW, can you please address this to Acronis ? Hope this can be resolved in next patch/release.
