Hello Kurt,
Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]
The account under which you are running the Acronis Managed Machine Service does not have the appropriate privileges to handle a subkey. We can set them manually, but we need to find the exact subkey we need to modify.
1. Download Process Monitor and run it;
2. Reproduce the issue without closing the utility;
3. Click File ->Save in the main Process Monitor window; please save the file very quickly, this will help to reduce the size of the file;
4. Select All events and save the log file in the PML, CSV or XML format.
5. - Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;
- Choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu (or "Action" menu under Windows 2000), enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)";
Send the files to us via PMs. If you are unable to attach the Procmon file to your message, you can upload it to an FTP server (I can generate an account for you on our FTP server if it is necessary).
Thank you.
