What does "The junction target cannot be found." mean and how do I rectify this situation?

My guess is that you have a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTFS_junction_point somewhere in the backup source directory tree, that points nowhere, to the directory that was deleted.

Will this cause an error severe enough to prevent successful backup operations to take place? It appears the exact location is not given or otherwise identified. I may be overlooking something. So, how do I identify what is causing the problem and rectify it?
