Failed to add the certificate as trusted

Thread needs solution

This is my first post so bear with me. My server is Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 with 8GB ram. I installed all Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 services are running on this one server. No errors on the server during or after setup. All services are running fine. I'm trying to add some computers by IP and I always receive the following error:

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here.

This error usually appears if you've changed user accounts for MMS, ASN and AMS services after installation. The problem gets solved if you add the Users to Administrators group, and reboot the machine.

If the problem remains, or if it's not the case, please gather Acronis Info from the AMS machine, and one of the Agents, and send it to us either directly or to any Forum Moderator via PM.

This is a brand new installation, no changes made. Also the agents I'm trying to add are computers booting using Acronis PXE so I can image them.

Thank you for the update. We'll need to review the logs then (still both from AMS, and Agent machines)... Do you mind sending them to me? If you're using PXE server, Acronis Linux Report from it would also be useful.
