The license server and the central management are installed in the same machine - acronisA.

when i try to add acronisA to the "physical machine" but it failed.

The Acronis Managed Machine Service is already started and I do not understand why it happened.

I am stucked and cannot proceed anymore. Can anyone guide me ?

Common process of adding the machine to the group starts in the following way: User chooses to add the machine to AMS -> AMS makes a request to the mms service.

And here's when your process got stuck. Somehow the mms.exe is not available for AMS. There can be several reasons for it, and in order to localize the exact one, we need to take a closer look at the problem.

Before we proceed with obtaining the diagnostic information, please make sure that mms service is running both on AMS and on the Agent machine. Should they both be started, and the issue remains, please gather Acronis Info and either contact support directly with the information attached or send it to me.

This data will help us to localize the cause, and find an appropriate solution for it.
