Failed to execute the command

Thread needs solution

When I tried to backup my exchange server C drive with Acronis Backup and Recovery 11, there was an error with details as below:

TOL: Failed to execute the command. The 'Backing up' command backs up the specified data to the specified location.

Thank you for your posting! Please check user rights for the Acronis Managed Machine user. If all required privileges are set, probably the issue is caused by the crashing process. This article will help you to identify the application crash. In that case I would recommend to install a trial version and test backup on the latest build.
