File Names - Web Access to Online Backup

I've discovered that I can't retrieve, via the Web, files from my (Windows) Carbonite backup that have hyphens in them - like, e.g., January-memo.doc Apparently all punctuation and special characters in a file name make the file web-unretrievable, (with the exception of the dot before extensions).

Does anyone know whether Acronis' product has the same restriction?
