Full Backups fail on Linux box

Thread needs solution

I'm in the trial of Backup & Recovery 10 and trying to take a full backup of my CentOS v 5 machine. The backup continues to fail with this entry in the log:

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue. According to the log you have specified there can be several reasons for this issue, so support will need to take a closer look at the problem. So could you please kindly obtain the following information: 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed before you encountered this error
  2. Logs from var\lib\Acronis folder
  3. Linux System Report
