GetFileInfo call of FileManager failed! ABR 10 Update 3

Thread needs solution

On a new installed sever with Windows 2008 Standard Edition server (32-bit, so NOT R2) and Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Update 3 (Agent build 10.0.12705, latest), I get this error while running a backup with Backup Type file. When I select Backup Type disk there is no problem. But I don't want to select the whole disk, just some specific folders on it.

What can I do to fix this problem? Or is it a bug in the latest build? I used ABR 10 several times before (older builds on other servers) with Backup Type file, but never seen this errors.

See the attachment for the full error message.

I am getting the same error trying to access an iSCSI. I cannot see it in the file tree and the error appears when I type in the assigned drive letter
