getfileinfo error when booting from bootable media

Using WS11 + UR. Creating bootable media from iso from website.
When booting from cd and trieng to make an image from one harddisk (ssd) to other harddisk (3ware raid1) i get an error:
selected vault unavailable
code 10,092, 549C0x9a005
linecode etc.
getfileinfo call of filemanager failed
folowed by the specified file does not exist.
Any suggestions?
