How to add or check Universal restore ?

Hallo,
We have Backup & Recovery Advanced Workstation 10 with Upgrade to Version 11 with Universal Restore.
We had to Backup and convert a Windows 2000 Maschine into VMWare.
We installed the Workstation Version 10 onto the Maschine.
10.0.13762 Update 5
I think the installation went without the Universal Restore Option. Othwerise the Version 11 said that the Licence Key and the Operatign System arent supportet!
I want to know how to install now the Universal restore Option afterwards.
