How do I get a new product key for an upgrade?

Thread needs solution

We purchased Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation many years ago and have continued with the maintenance contract and are current. Searching the Acronis web site we have found no way to get the latest version of the software we are entitled to. Does any have any experience with this issue? Acronis support if worthless.
