How to move 3,300,000 Files from Fibre Channel Device to another

Hi,
we want migrate data from our old Server (Power Edge 2950) with Fibre Channel Storage (Dell AX150) to our new Server System (Power Edge R710) with Fibre Channel Storage (Dell AX4-5).
On the Fibre Channel Storage are about 3,300,000 Files with 1,5TB size. Volume Image of the Fibre Channel Drive E:\ takes about 23 hours. How can I restore the image as a Volume on the new server? Is there any possibility to restore over acronis boot cd with fibre channel support?
