How to remove old vaults

We have moved a workstation from centralised management to local manamgement, we deleted the vaults and archives via the central mangament console, all good and well, they have been removed and no longer display.
Unfortunately under the local management console the old vaults still appear but cannot be deleted as they no longer exist. How do I get rid of them? Same issue as this guy here http://forum.acronis.com/forum/24265
We are using Advanced workstation 17318
