Identifying a computer that im recovering with a bootable media

Okay i set up everything

A centralized vault and the computers are in there
in the Acronis Backup and recovery console i can check on the vault and great!! i see the computer names inthere so i can identfy which computer is which

But when let say a machine died... and i plan to format the computer and use a bootable media to load the full backup i got, i browse under my centrilized vault and i cant see any names of computers in there just a bunch of letters which dont tel me anything... so i cant figure out which comp is which in there...

I dont know if i did setup something in the incorrect way but well if anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
I have not yet configure it but i m doing a lot of testing before configuring it in the real gear.
