licence key don't work ??

I have installed and used the soft a few days ago, without problem...
But I had to reinstall Win XP to day.
This done i'm trying to reinstall Bup & restaure 10, but the install procedure ask me twice the licence key, and at the second ask, it's impossible to go further....???
