Machine shows centralized plan with more tasks than actually exist for that plan

Hi all, I have a basic scenario where one of my servers is the central manager responsible for backing up all of my workstations, which at the moment is 3. I created a simple backup plan, on the mgmt server and specified that I want all machines/workstations with agents to be included in the backup. The backup outputs to a centralized Vault. The plan contains one task: "Simple backup (full)". However, on only one of the three machines, when I view the centralized plan for that machine, it shows more tasks (which I believe are from previous plans) associated with it. There seems to be no way to delete them. Does anybody have any idea how to remove them? I apologize if this topic has been covered. I have attached two screenshots, 1 showing the centralized plan and its single task and then the troubled machine showing the centralized plan and its multiple tasks.
