MBR2 error and MBR3 error

Trying to get used to using acronis software and overall i am really impressed, however.
We are using advanced workstation with the universal restore. I have created a bootable media and when i try to recover a hp machine to another hp machine it is all ok. We also use IBMs and when i try to recover to that it comes up with mbr errors 2 and 3,
Is this possible or could this be down to the issue that the ibm machines are to old? P4 specced
