Method to move existing ABR 11 from old domain to new domain?

Hi all - I inherited an existing ABR 11 using built-in SQL Express 2005 on a W2K3 server platform running in VMWare environment. The license and vault are also on the same server.
There are approx. 22 client server agents deployed.

The scenario:
Company XYZ.COM is migrating to new domain ABC.COM and so all server need to be migrated as well. Quest Migration Tool will be used to assist in migration.

From an ABR server stand point:
Is it possible to migrate ABR 11 from the old AD domain xyz.com to new AD domain abc.com? If it is possible what are the steps needed to do this? Is it as simple as flipping to the new domain?

What about the client agents? Redeploy them once the client servers have been moved to the new domain?

Any insight would be appreciated.
