No email notification after backup

Good morning,

I am new to this board, and I have a question. I am using Acronis B&R 11. Backup is running fine, but acronis doesn’t send any e-mail reports. I configured E-Mail notification in the backup job. Sending testmails out of acronis also works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you create a centralized plan on the Management Server, test email is sent from it, but real emails are sent (attempted to) from agents. The difference may be in e.g. installed certificates that affect connection to SMTP server.
