Notification that the daily backup fails message before backup success message every day.

Every day I get an email stating that the backup has failed on the server and then I get another message that the backup has successfully completed. When I look in the Acronis logs I find no reference that the backup has failed at all. This issue is frustrating for me and my customer as they don't have faith that they would be able to restore if there was a crash even thou I have verified the backup many times for them. They are requesting that I resolve this issue.

The server is Windows SBS 2011 Standard running Acronis backup and Recovery 11 build 11.0.17740.
Here are the Emails that I get:
[ABR11]: Task 'Incremental backup' has failed on machine 'TERRA.solarsystem.local'.
Incremental backup Task execution failed.
Description: It is an incremental backup creation task (simple backup scheme).

and then a few minutes later:

If you have no othe tasks scheduled on this time, it looks like there is a 'forgotten' scheduled task that has no corresponding backup plan. Try to schedule the exising one(s) some minutes later after the hour (e.g. 3:10), then use schedmgr ( http://kb.acronis.com/content/1859 ) to get list of tasks and delete only the stray one (you can tell it by its scheduled time).
