Online Backup Times Out - Last 3 Days

Thread needs solution

Hi,
New to Acronis, using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Update 3. I have been trying to do an initial backup of approx 30GB since Monday 13th December. Randomly the backup will stop and state "Request Timeout" and I will have to click retry, the backup continues again for and will timeout again. Again this is completely random and intermittent.

I have been able to backup small amounts of data approx 7MB which only take a few minutes to download.

I did notice something else which is odd today, I am trying to download the software for a customer, I tried 3 times and each time the download would quit before the full file had downloaded. I tried again (remote connection to their server) and after an amount of time the download failed again, however I noticed at the same time my backup timed out again.

Is there something wrong with the connection the Acronis servers that someone has not picked up on. I reported my issues to Tech Support yesterday but the issues fell of deaf ears and despite numerous emails today I have not heard anything back.

I am an Acronis partner with potential customers, how can I sell this service if it responds like this!
