Problem with External HDD

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have a problem with Acronis Back-Up and Recovery 10 Server for Windows.

If I alternate between external HDD as target of back-up) (Ex: I replace my HDD at every day), Acronis does not delete the back-up which it previously made of himself before beginning the other one. Nevertheless, it is specified well in the configuration that it has to erase the present back-up on the HDD before beginning a new one.

However, if I always keep the same external HDD to make the back-up, that works and he sees the ancient. He can thus delete them.

We replaced hard disks by the others of another mark, unsuccessfully.

All the external HDDs are in NTFS.

Have you an idea?

Thank you,

Jonathan
