Hello Ali,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum. I will do my best to help you.

The error message Not enough memory could be caused by several things:

1. If you have an extremely large amount of files to backup. This will need to be investigated.

2. If your hard drive is large but its cluster size is 512 bytes for example, please check this Microsoft article for more details.

3. An issue with accessing your backup location. It will need to be investigated.

I would recommend to contact our Support team with this report so that we can properly investigate and resolve this problem.

If you have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
