RE: Cannot convert to full backup

The previous thread was locked, therefore i must start a new one to update the situation:
I was able to start the process by going in through a computer with an agent (as per dev-anon's suggestion), and was able to view that it was running in the "current activities" of that computer.
The process failed, after running for 7 hours, the log is a little contradictory as to why it failed (can't find it, not supported. which is it?)
Any further suggestions?

Yes, I ran the conversion again from a different machine and it worked, finished in 22 minutes. I don't know why the first machine couldnt complete the task, the only difference is the host operating system (first failed attempt was installed on XP, success was on win7)
