Registered keys and downloaded product but License key does not work?

Thread needs solution

Got two keys from supplier and eventually worked out I needed to download the software from Acronis.

This seemed to go OK but now I'm trying to install and when I enter the license key it doesnt give me option to do NEXT. I've cut and past from license text file and typed in manually but same.

I've even tried extracting the install packages and installing the client on its own. Entering the key this time gives me an error about incorrect key.

I think I've cracked this now. It seems it doesnt like it if theres a previous acronis product on there.

Had to follow the manual uninstall method to remove it first.... Weird.

Oh No. Got another PC which has had True Image or something on it. Cant seem to get the key working on here now.

This is really poor.

Anyone else having this sort of problem?
